- Clean the oven regularly. Do not let the dirt gather in the oven. It may hamper its smooth functioning.

- Do regular maintenance of your ovens. In case commercial oven parts need to be changed, use good quality spares only. For a commercial establishment, it would be advisable to have a contract for regular maintenance of all the ovens. This will prevent breakdowns of the ovens and ensure smooth functioning.

Guess theres no such commercial oven made of bricks haha. Pizza tastes soo good from a brick one.
